Products

Are your fragrances unisex?

Yes. Fragrances have no gender. It has character. All our fragrances are designed to worn by anyone who wants to be remembered.

Can I still wear this and use powerful actives in my skincare routine?

Yes, but be careful. If you're using products like retinol, AHAs, or BHAs, avoid spraying directly on areas where you've applied them. Stick to pulse points or clothing and always patch test if you’re unsure.

Do your products contain allergens?

Yes and here’s why.

We use a high percentage of natural raw materials, including essential oils and botanical extracts. These ingredients naturally contain compounds that are legally classified as allergens under EU and UK regulations (like Limonene, Linalool, Coumarin, Citral, and Eugenol).

This doesn’t mean the product is unsafe, but if you have concerns, please review the full ingredient and allergen list on the product page before purchasing, and patch test before full application.

Can I wear your fragrances while breastfeeding?

Always speak to your doctor before using any fragranced product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

We don’t test on animals, and our formulations contains no animal-derived ingredients.

Are your products natural?

We use a blend of naturals and synthetics for performance, safety, and scent clarity. No vague "clean" claims, just a formula that does what it says.

Shipping

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we currently ship to:

Shipping and tariffs outside of the UK will apply, and will automatically be added at checkout. We will run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on where you are in the world. Processed orders in the UK and EU will usually take between 1-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Will I get any tracking information for my order?

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been shipped.

My order hasn't arrived what should I do?

If it’s been 10 business days and your tracking hasn’t moved, email us at support@cesenfants.com with your name and order number. We’ll investigate and make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us as soon as possible. We can’t make any changes once it’s been shipped, but we’ll do our best.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll fix it.

Can I return it if I don't like it?

We don’t offer returns or exchanges on any fragrance opened products.

Fragrance sits close to the skin, and we can’t resell anything opened.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours and we’ll take care of it.

I entered the wrong address. What now?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try and update it. If it’s already been collected by the courier, we’ll try our best to reroute it but can’t make promises.

What should I do if the product is faulty?

If your bottle is damaged or functionally defective, let us know within 5 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to help resolve the issue.

Is Ces Enfants stocked in retail stores?

For now, we sell exclusively online, so we can control every detail of the customer experience, but we’re exploring partnerships with selected retail and hospitality spaces.
