2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to purchases made by consumers for personal use only, via our website www.cesenfants.com (the “Website”).

We currently deliver to the following countries:

United Kingdom, United States, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden.

We do not deliver to: Anguilla, Ascension Island, Bermuda, British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Falkland Islands, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Jersey, Montserrat, Pitcairn Islands, Saint Helena, South Georgia & Sandwich Islands, Tristan da Cunha, Turks and Caicos Islands, or any countries not listed above.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. They may be updated or amended from time to time. The version applicable is the one in force at the time of your order.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take care to ensure the product information on our Website is accurate and up to date. However, variations may occur in colour, scent, or appearance due to display limitations or minor manufacturing differences.

All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you with an alternative or offer a full refund.

4. ORDERING

4.1 ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and use a valid payment method accepted on our Website. By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and current.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if information is found to be false, or if there is an unresolved issue from a previous order.

4.2 ORDER PROCESS

Select your items and add them to your cart.
Review your cart and adjust as needed.
Checkout by entering your billing and delivery details.
Payment is made using one of our accepted payment methods.
Order confirmation will be sent by email.
Dispatch notification with tracking details will be sent once shipped.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. UK prices include VAT. For international orders, prices do not include duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely, and your card will be charged upon order confirmation. Orders will not be processed if payment fails.

6. DELIVERY & INTERNATIONAL DUTIES

6.1 DELIVERY

We ship within the UK and internationally. Delivery charges and estimated timelines are shown at checkout. While we aim to dispatch promptly, we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

6.2 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – DUTIES & TAXES

International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means:

The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.
These charges are set by your local customs authority and must be paid to release your shipment.
Refusal to pay duties may result in the package being returned or destroyed; in such cases, we cannot offer a refund.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind or used items, including our Discovery Sets and Insider Packs.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email hello@cesenfants.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we will replace or refund the item.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our Website—including text, graphics, images, logos, and trademarks—is the property of CES ENFANTS or its licensors. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. PRIVACY

10. LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CES ENFANTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in relation to any product shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
