Shipping policy

Shipping Options

We use trusted, trackable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

  • UK orders: Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked.

  • International orders: Shipped via FedEx International Priority.

Please note: Courier services cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Delivery times vary based on your location. Peak periods, customs delays, or severe weather may extend delivery times.


International Shipping

We currently ship to:

United Kingdom, United States, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden.

If your country is not listed, we are unable to ship to you at this time.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • UK orders over £100: Free shipping.

  • UK orders under £100: £4.95 flat rate.

  • International orders: £19.95 flat rate.

  • Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders.


Duties & Taxes

International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU):

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are set by your local customs authority.

  • These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

  • Refusal to pay may result in your order being returned or destroyed. In such cases, we cannot offer a refund.


Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday from our UK facility. We do not ship on weekends or UK public holidays.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK (Royal Mail): 1–3 business days

  • Europe (FedEx): 3–7 business days

  • US & Rest of World (FedEx): 5–10 business days

International deliveries may take longer due to customs clearance.


Modifying Your Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please email hello@cesenfants.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make the change before your order is dispatched.


Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost or Stolen Packages

CES ENFANTS is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer.

If your tracking shows as delivered but you cannot find the package:

  1. Check with neighbours or building reception.

  2. Inspect your delivery area for a safe place it may have been left.

  3. Look for attempted delivery notices.

  4. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the matter. Claims for missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported immediately upon delivery, and any affected items (including packaging) must be retained.


Holidays & Non-Shipping Days

We do not dispatch orders on weekends or the following UK bank holidays:

  • New Year’s Day & the day after

  • Good Friday & Easter Monday

  • Early May Bank Holiday

  • Spring Bank Holiday

  • Summer Bank Holiday

  • Christmas Day & Boxing Day
